Steffen Myrseth

Steffen is affiliated with our real estate department where he works broadly with real estate law matters, with a particular focus on planning and building law, related regulatory real estate issues, and property law.

He has extensive experience from both the private and public sectors, including the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation, where he was involved in the legislative work that led to the new Sectional Titles Act.

Since 2017, Steffen has practiced as a real estate lawyer, assisting clients with real estate transactions, property development projects, and other matters relating to real property. He assists a wide range of clients with questions regarding property management, residential and sectional title law, expropriation, compensation, land registration, easements, and dispute resolution.
