Marianne Klausen’s main field is labour law. Marianne assists in such labour law issues as reorganization and workforce reductions, outsourcing and individual job protection cases. Marianne Klausen has several years of experience from the prosecution and the courts, and assists especially in matters of dispute resolution, including negotiation and mediation. She has also extensive experience with assignments connected to proceedings. In addition to issues of labour law, Marianne assists with questions that lie on the borderland between labor law and criminal law issues. In this connection, she provides advice on integrity issues, including corruption, money laundering and fraud.
