Martin Helland Johannessen

Martin Johannessen is affiliated with our Real Estate department. He works mainly within the field of planning and building law, expropriation and dispute resolution. He also assists in other issues in connection with real estate law and general contract law, including construction law, purchase and sale of properties, and tenancies. Martin Johannessen has a law degree from the University of Oslo, and wrote his master’s thesis on the relation between zoning plans and property protection in EMK P1-1 (published in Periodical for real Estate law 2020/1).
