Therese Mørch

Therese is associated with the department for construction, and primarily works with consulting and dispute resolution within the construction and civil engineering industry. She has extensive experience with legal assistance in construction law in all phases, from the preparation of competition grounds to major final settlement disputes for the courts. She has assisted a variety of different actors, both private and public clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and advisors. Therese also has comprehensive experience with general contract law, including contract drafting and contract management, in addition to litigation in various legal areas.
