Christine Frølich Jacobs

Senior Lawyer

Christine has a broad experience in the fields of employment law, the public information act and the equality and discrimination board. She has extensive experience as an “in-house” lawyer within employment law from large Norwegian companies such as Posten Norge AS and Bravida AS, as well as board secretary experience. She assists all clients with legal advice and is in demand as a course provider of training within the entire field of employment law, particularly aimed at HR environments and management groups. Christine works particularly with job protection cases, sickness absence cases, control measures, group arrangements and employee elections to boards, collective bargaining law issues, whistleblowing cases, equality, and discrimination law, as well as working hours and forms of employment. She also assists in the preparation of routines in the personnel area.

In addition, Christine has a broad experience with varied negotiation, as well as experience from dispute resolution. Christine has ministerial experience in immigration law and experience from international cooperation in aviation and border control in Europe, as well as experience from the Nordic Council’s secretariat at Stortinget (the Norwegian Parliament). Christine is fluent in both German and English.
