Frida Marta Thornér

Frida is associated with the company’s corporate department. She has extensive experience in the field of business law, with a particular focus on corporate law and restructuring, as well as national and international corporate taxation. She primarily works with advising and assisting in acquisitions, reorganizations, and restructurings both nationally and internationally. Furthermore, Frida has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including tax and corporate legal due diligence processes, in addition to experience in labor law and investigation. She also brings extensive experience from the media and technology industry with four years as a business developer at Schibsted Marketing Services, and one year at the legaltech startup Lexolve.
