Heikki Giverholt works on construction law issues related to signing of contracts, final settlement and dispute resolution. He has extensive experience of litigation before the courts and arbitration courts. In recent years, he has worked widely with public and private collaboration (OPS) for Norwegian and foreign clients. Giverholt is admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court.
