Henrik Smeby

Henrik works with business law issues with particular emphasis on VAT law, tax law, company law and real estate. He has the overall professional responsibility for VAT law in Føyen and is responsible for tax advice and planning in several large projects in which Føyen assists. Henrik also holds regular courses in VAT law. With experience as a senior tax lawyer for the tax authorities and from large business law firms, he has a solid expertise that is of great benefit to Føyen’s clients.
