Johan Henrik Vister works with construction law, company law, corporate takeovers and tax-related issues. As part of his practice, he assists both public and private developers and contractors with every step of contract formation, from signing to monitoring and implementation of contracts. Vister also has broad experience with litigation, particularly within real estate and construction disputes. He is also a regular lecturer.
