Margrete is associated with the department for employment. She works with employment law issues, such as dismissals, reorganizations and employment contracts. Margrete is a lawyer from the University of Bergen, where she wrote her master’s thesis on changes to the hiring regulations in light of EEA law. Therefore, Margrete also has knowledge of EU and EEA law, especially the intersection between Norwegian labor law and EU and EEA law.
