Marit is affiliated with the Employment and Labor Law Department and works with a wide range of employment law matters, including dismissals, reorganizations, and employment contracts. She holds a law degree from the University of Bergen, where she wrote her master’s thesis on whether the dismissal of a senior executive with agreed employment protection is limited by an unwritten requirement of just cause.
