Knut works with legal issues associated with the internet, e-commerce, telecommunication and digital media. He has an excellent understanding of the technical and commercial relations in the internet and IT industry. Knut is experienced in general contract law, including production contracts, licensing agreements and other purchase agreements. He does also assist clients in M&A and corporate law, transactions, including purchase and sale of businesses in the tech industry.
