Ole Bachke

Ole is affiliated with the department of technology, digitalization, and telecommunications. With over 19 years of experience, Ole is a specialist in IT contracts, technology law, information security, regulation of copyright, and privacy. Ole assists clients daily with ICT law, including the preparation of and/or choice of contracts for procurements, conducting negotiations, contract review, and dispute resolution. He also works with IP agreements, commercialization of technology, and regulation of the use of intellectual property rights, copyright, and data, both personal data and other data. He assists on both the client and supplier side. Ole is also a certified mediator by The Norwegian Bar Association.
